Roxanich wines

SORELLE

Whites and reds that are natural, orange, and long macerated. These wines are deep amber in color, dry, full-bodied and irresistibly fresh - regardless of how you dress them.

Sorelle is named after Mladen's six daughters. The Sorelle range embodies Mladen's tradition of macerated and spontaneously fermented wines, reflecting the sun, land, breath and soul of Istria.

Unlike Roxanich, the Sorelle range embraces modern techniques and expertise, with maceration times that vary from vintage to vintage and careful maturation in large wooden barrels. With this process, amber-colored elixirs smelling of acacia flowers, almond milk, garrigue herbs, nuts, sea salt and hints of iodine are created.

ROX BOX

A selection of some of our favorite white, orange, and red wines. There are different colors and vintages.

Roxanich's First Roses - whites, reds, and rosés - are arguably its entry-level wines. The first roses range is an invitation to enter a new world of natural rare wines fermented with indigenous yeasts, inspired by the rose held by the knight on the Roxanich family coat of arms.

His six daughters, Roxanich Sorelle, are gradually taking over the family legacy and opening a completely new chapter for the future, the same as it has been since the 1200's, when this old Venetian family began its elegant, almost understated, but certanly captivating voyage through today's soul and culture. As for Mladen, he never stops exploring the world of wine: "I want to expand on my perception of wine, to understand it in the way it was intended by nature. By exploring the meaning of wine, I hope to share it with others who love it. Every time I return to its origins, I discover something new."
