This year, the International Charter Expo (ICE), the world’s leading B2B event for the yacht charter industry, proudly unveils one of its most ambitious projects to date: the Superyacht Village. Dedicated entirely to companies working with luxury yachts over 24 meters, this new space will spotlight a sector where attention to detail, operational excellence, and world-class service are non-negotiable. With high-end charters often starting at €85,000 per week, the superyacht market represents the pinnacle of the industry.
For three days, from November 12–14, 2025, at EXPO Greater Amsterdam, ICE will transform into a hub of global networking, where charter brokers, central agents, shipyards, and service providers converge to exchange ideas, close deals, and forge long-term partnerships.

€100,000 investment powers ICE’25’s new Superyacht Village
Fueling this expansion is a €100,000 sponsorship from Ankor Software, a company already well recognized for its cutting-edge solutions in the yachting industry. Their investment will directly subsidize participation costs for first-time exhibitors and visitors in the superyacht sector, lowering barriers to entry and encouraging more diverse representation from across the globe. By doing so, the initiative not only enhances accessibility but also ensures the Superyacht Village will capture the attention of key decision-makers who shape the future of the charter market.
The impact is already clear. Companies from the USA, the Galapagos Islands, New Zealand, Monaco, and beyond are committing to attend ICE as part of this collaboration with Ankor Software. Their participation underscores how the Superyacht Village is positioning itself as a stage where the world’s most desirable yachting destinations and services can showcase their unique offerings to a truly international audience.
“The superyacht industry has great potential for growth, and by introducing well-known companies to the Superyacht Village for the first time, we’re bringing fresh perspectives and new energy to the event,” said Antonija Čagalj, Project Manager at ICE.
A hallmark feature of ICE is its innovative matchmaking system, powered by the custom-built Handshake App. Unlike traditional expos, ICE empowers attendees to schedule 1-on-1 meetings with their preferred business partners up to a month in advance. From charter brokers to central agents, from shipyards to service providers, every appointment is pre-arranged and purpose-driven. This structure ensures that participants make the most of their time on-site, transforming ICE into one of the most efficient and results-oriented networking events in the yacht charter industry.
After a record-breaking ICE’24, which welcomed over 600 companies from 55+ countries, expectations for ICE’25 are higher than ever. Already, more than 80% of exhibition space has been booked, signaling another year of growth, innovation, and opportunity for the global charter community. With the debut of the Superyacht Village and the backing of Ankor Software, ICE’25 is poised to redefine what’s possible in the world of yacht charter expos.
