I wanted to prove—first to myself, and then to others—that healing is possible, and that we don’t have to accept dysfunction as the new normal.”

Personalized Care That Actually Feels Personal

The retreat begins with a full-body deep dive: 50 tailored blood and urine tests, anthropometric measurements, and physical evaluations that go far beyond surface-level diagnostics. But this isn’t a clinical environment. It’s warm, human, and rooted in collaboration.

Guests sit down with a nutritionist and physiotherapist—both specialists Katarina credits with helping her rebuild from the inside out—to review results and co-create an individualized care plan. “It’s not about perfection,” Katarina explains. “It’s about understanding your body’s unique language and learning how to support it—realistically, gently, and with joy.”

Whether you’re struggling with gut health, inflammation, fatigue, or hormonal shifts, the retreat takes a full-spectrum approach. Each retreat includes medical check-up, daily gentle movement (think functional fitness, not boot camp), hands-on therapy like craniosacral or lymphatic drainage, consultation with a nutritionist and nourishing meals made with fresh, local ingredients—all served with a view of the sea.
